SHIPPING POLICY/RETURN POLICY

ORDERS AND SHIPPING

Orders received by BGTT are processed within 3-5 business days.  Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

You must review your order to make sure that it correctly lists the items purchased and your shipping address.  If a package is returned to BGTT due to an incorrect shipping address provided by you, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost.  BGTT is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

If BGTT anticipates there will be a delay in the processing and shipping of your order (due to demand or availability), BGTT will notify you via email or phone.  

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.  

BGTT is not responsible for any customs and taxes that may be applied to your order. All fees (tariffs, taxes, etc.) imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.

BGTT is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon request by customer, BGTT will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES OF PRODUCTS

If you are unhappy with an item, BGTT will gladly exchange the item or issue you a refund. For a full refund, the item must be returned in its original condition, unused and undamaged.   BGTT will not issue a refund for items that have been used or damaged by the customer.  To process an exchange or a return, please contact BGTT for confirmation and instructions.  Please do NOT mail back an item for exchange or return without first contacting BGTT.  All shipping and handling charges for returns and exchanges will be the responsible of the customer. Once BGTT has received, inspected and accepted the returned item, a refund or exchange will be issued within 7-10 business days.
